The Victoria Theatre hosted the evening of July 8, the ESDi Degree Show 2013, a parade in which 13 young hopefuls presented their collections as part of their final degree project in the fashion itinerary, in front of a large audience composed of representatives of Administration, professionals and companies in the design and manufacture of all Spain, headhunters, friends and family. This parade represented, therefore, a window to the discovery of new talented fashion designers of Catalonia formed in 2012-2013 ESDI in promoting, promoting a real platform.
The Degree Show this year received the title of "Re-action", a positive reaction to all that is happening around us, a tool of liberation of the crisis to emerge with more energy than ever. Could see transgressors designs are full of new trends, which impregnated Victoria Theatre talent, design and creativity.
The court consisted of professors and professionals ESDI fashion collections evaluated as staging to finish delivering the diplomas of recognition. The award for best academic record was awarded to the graduate Paty Romo, Milieu was the best collection by graduate Marta Giralt and finally the graduate Marta Aragones received recognition for best staging.
The event also featured the best project recognition of university-business collaboration, which was awarded the project to design swimsuits for Synchronized Swimming National Team that will represent Spain at the World Competition Barcelona 2013. This recognition was given to the student and swimmer Ona Carbonell ESDI along with the entire team synchronized not want to miss the event, students from ESDI Eneko Iturbe and Sara Gago and ESDI professors and Loreto Real Cristina Rodriguez all drivers of this exciting project.
In closing, Mr. Antoni Garrell, General Director of the Foundation for ESDI, FUNDIT, addressed to the graduates to show ESDi’s support in their new stage, encouraging them to fight and prove that young talent is the enterprise of the future and that ’your house is the world’. The event ended with a glass of champagne, toasting the future of the new professionals.
