Beers, popcorns and the melody of jazz music playing. This was the ideal environment to give the second edition of the ESDiNetworking, an event organized by the Service of Community & International Networking of ESDI in collaboration with the Board of alumni center.
At 19:00 pm on January 16th, the hall of the School of Design ESDI was prepared to receive about fifty people willing to listen to a conference by Josep Alberti, entrepreneur and member of several companies in the world 2.0 communication, and the representatives of Vapor Llonch, home of Economic Development and Trade of the City of Sabadell, Iolanda Repullo and Albert Torruella.
After Antoni Garrell, Director General of the FUNDIT, and Dr. Gloria Fernandez, Director of ESDI, give welcome students, graduates and enterprises who attended the event, Josep Alberti explained the importance of being very network-positioned in the 2.0 world, as the elevator pitch, which is the presentation of a business to a potential investor in a few minutes, specifically the minutes it takes an elevator of a building to change plant.
Meanwhile, Albert Torruella and Iolanda Repullo leaded the second part of the conference and explained what is the function of Vapor Llonch and opportunities, services and benefits they are offering to new entrepreneurs.
To end the meeting a Networking session where attendees, both graduates and current students were able to interact and network for the world of work and jazzy with a Moritz beer in hand.
