On June 19th, the DHUB Barcelona auditorium hosted the delivery of the 14th edition of the CODIC Final Degree Project awards, organized by the Association of Interior Designers and Decorators in Catalonia, with the aim of rewarding the best between interior design students from the Schools of interior design in Catalonia.
In this year, the jury awarded the First Prize for Higher graduated in Interior Design from the Higher School of Design ESDi, Helena Bayona, creator of Project: Emergency fabrics. Comfort in post-disaster housing an architectural project for emergency habitat aims to improve the current conditions of comfort for post-disaster housing. Currently, Helena Bayona developed her career in Colombia, where unexpectedly foundher space, style and rhythm in her study of Design, Architecture and Views SIZE*. Also, is immersed in a project that takes great pride: the construction of a monastery for a community of nuns. Along with the winning projects were also presented other projects that have been finalists and where we find setout Ca’n Cunill, a residence for the elderly, the graduated in Interior Design from ESDi Antonia Solivellas Villalonga.
