On February 25th ESDi hosted the 8th edition of Global Futurizer an open innovation process that wants to give the possibility to college talent to be participants in the creation of new services and business models for the leading companies in different sectors.
In groups, students in 2nd, 3rd and 4th year devised practical solutions to problems with which companies are Mapfre, Repsol, Ferrovial and Ashoka.
The challenges were these:
- Ferrovial: how we could innovate elements and systems of toll roads to improve driver
- Mapfre: How could Mapfre attract young newly independent?
- Ashoka: How could find social entrepreneurs who are transforming the reality of young
- Repsol: how could build a differential value proposition for the younger age segment in service stations?
Throughout the day, the groups were working their ideas, following the procedures set by the organizers of the Global Futurizer (brainstorming, creating a demo, presentation).
At the end of the day, the groups presented their proposals to representatives of companies, which noted. In addition, some students may be eligible to work together with companies for a month!
