ESDi participates at the Mira Festival

Former students of the Master in Digital Art Curator ESDI and also professors at the ESDi Design School, Joan Sànchez, Fran Pinel and Marina Castán presented their projects to master in MIRALab, the part of audiovisual teaching activities to MIRA Festival. Marc Calvet, graduate and ESDi teacher presented his ending project.


Student and professor Marc Calvet, a member of ESDi Communication, Multimedia and Interactivity, presented his project "Entropy: Chaos Paradigm in a Social Glitched" on Thursday, November 14 between 18.00 and 19.00. For his part, former student and professor Joan Sànchez, presented his project: "Aleph", the same Thursday also in the same schedule. Also presented his final draft ESDI alumnus and professor Fran Pinel  "Emergent gameplay: influences in the context of game communities " on Friday, November 15 between 18.00 and 19.00 .

Finally , Professor Marina Castan, member and Fashion Trends Unit, presented her project: "Exploring new model to comunicate research in Smart Textiles Design" on Friday between 18.00 and 19.00 .

Similarly, the MIRALab was also attended by  4th year Audiovisual Design ESDi students in the context of Interactive Systems Design subject taught by Dr. Ines Martins participated in workshops Nov. 15: Pure Punk Coding, Introduction to Openframeworks and Generative / Reactive geometry with JS / WebGL and also attended the lectures, panel discussions and screenings scheduled.


MIRA. Music & Visual Arts Festival, will be held on 14 , 15 and 16 November in Barcelona Creation Factory Fabra i Coats , at the Centre of Contemporary Culture of Barcelona ( CCCB ) and Razzmatazz .
