Bionics. The debate is dished up

Bionics (or biomimetics) is a recent methodology that helps to observe, analyze and synthesize the foundations of natural systems to implement them later in the world of architecture, engineering and design. If nature has been evolving over 4,000 million years, why not use the experience accumulated by the agencies during that period of time to find solutions to current problems of humankind? The event, attended by about fifty people, had an introductory talk and a workshop where the presents analyzed some natural structures and some living organisms, and obtained ideas for possible application in the design.
