Textile and Sostenibility

The 20% of the world’s pollution is due to textile processes (spinning, weaving, finishing, application). A more specific data that helps to imagine that percentage is the amount of gallons of water needed to produce one cotton T-shirt: 2.700 liters.

 

The largest environmental impact occurs in the primary processes in this respect some aspects to consider are: recyclability, multifunctionality, volume and selection of materials and manufacturing processes.
